The basic caracteristics of this
shopping center is the diversity of services offered.
Until the opening of GRAN SUR, no similar shopping center existed
in the south of Tenerife with a complete offer of fashion, supermarket,
gifts, accesories, cinemas, restaurants, pubs and so on... This total
offer is a direct answer to the needs of the inhabitants of this
part of the island.
This proyect was built by Construcciones Gomasper SL, a competitive
group of family owned companies counting with more than 40 years
of experience in the areas of construction and promotion of residential
and touristic proyects. Construcciones Gomasper forms part of one
of 5 biggest construction companies of the province of Santa Cruz
de Tenerife.
During the long history of Gomasper a balance was allways kept between
